Field Supervisor

As a fast-growing, licensed and insured company, we're looking for a hands-on Field Supervisor to own our job sites from start to finish — someone who knows roofing inside and out and can keep crews, timelines, and quality all moving in the same direction.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day operations across active roofing job sites
• Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Enforce safety standards and HVHZ compliance on every project
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks at each phase
• Keep projects on schedule and on budget, flagging issues early
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for crews, inspectors, and homeowners
• Report progress and updates back to the office through JobNimbus

What you bring

• 3+ years in roofing or construction, with supervisory or lead experience
• Solid background in roofing or construction (residential and/or commercial).
• Experience in construction, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing scopes, specifications, and project plans.
• A strong eye for quality control and the discipline to inspect work thoroughly.
