Purchasing Coordinator

We're a fast-growing South Florida roofing company looking for a sharp, organized Purchasing Coordinator to keep our materials and orders flowing without a hitch.

You'll handle ordering roofing materials, tracking deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure our crews have what they need, when they need it. Things move fast here, so we're looking for someone who stays on top of the details and keeps up with the pace.

What You'll Do:

• Have at least 1 year of admin or office experience
• Have basic knowledge of construction or service-based businesses
• Can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Stay organized and on top of orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly with suppliers and the team
• Are comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Strong English skills (written and verbal) — required
• Solid, reliable internet connection — required
• Roofing experience strongly preferred (major plus)
• Construction experience and understanding of materials a plus
• Strong general aptitude and quick to learn; we're willing to train the right candidate
