Procurement Estimator

• We're a fast-growing South Florida roofing company looking for a sharp, organized Estimator to keep our materials, pricing, and orders moving without a hitch.
• You'll handle estimates, order roofing materials, track deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and make sure our crews always have what they need, when they need it. Things move fast here — we need someone who thrives on the details and keeps pace.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates for jobs
• Order roofing materials and manage purchase orders end to end
• Track deliveries and follow up to keep everything on schedule
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and timelines
• Keep crews stocked and ahead of the next job
• Communicate clearly with suppliers and the internal team
• Stay organized across estimates, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year experience in construction— required
• Strong English, written and verbal — required
• Solid, reliable internet connection — required
• Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
