Lionz was great! Starting with my initial contact with them (Yanky) as well as the roofers, really great people. We had a number of areas that needed to be addressed and they completed the work leaving the place spotless. When I had noticed that some of the roof tiles looked to be "off" they told me that when they removed some of the tiles, two broke and they took some from a stash that the previous homeowner had left behind. It turned out that there were a mixture of tiles there and they worked with me to find two of the same style to ensure that the roof looked as good as new. Really great to work with.
I discovered a roof leak on Sunday afternoon, checked the internet and opted for Lionz Roofing because of all the five-star reviews, called first thing Monday morning and asked the boss, Ari Dalfin, for immediate attention and he sent a crew that showed up by 10 am. They had to remove a section of concrete roof tiles about 6x6 feet and replace some plywood but they were done in no time. Now THAT’S service. Those in the know realize there are scads of incompetent and unresponsive contractors in Florida so it’s comforting to deal with a business like Lionz Roofing. I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience with them.
